Our story

Re was founded after 20 years of working in the D&I field, and due to understanding that existing solutions & tools are not enough.
Leaders know that diversity is important, still organizations struggle to make a real change.‏

During the past few years and especially during Covid-19 which led to hybrid work in many companies, inclusivity has become an extremely important managerial skill.
We are here to help companies implement inclusion and make it core to their culture.
